On the occasions that we have seen this uncut sheet, nearly always, the left border is thin, ragged and chipped. This example is well centered and does not contain the usual edge defects. In addition to the Yankee great, Joe DiMaggio, this sheet includes cards of Japan Hall of Fame members Victor Starffin, Kaoru Betto and Fumio Fujimura. The only non-HOFer in this set is catcher Takeshi Doigaki. This sheet has always been quite popular with collectors because it features both DiMaggio and Starffin.

Size: Uncut sheet--7 1/2" x 6". Each card is 1 15/32" x 3".

Condition: The sheet would grade Ex/Mt+, except that there is minor foxing, especially evident on the reverse.
