This magazine is a special edition of Shukan (Weekly) Yomiuri devoted entirely to the Brooklyn Dodgers’ 1956 Tour of Japan. Numerous outstanding photos of Jackie Robinson, Don Newcombe, Roy Campanella, Gil Hodges, Duke Snider, and others are found inside. The games of this tour were the final games in Jackie Robinson’s storied career. There are also photos of many Japanese players who opposed the Dodgers on the tour.

Condition: Very clean with bright color and minimal wear. The original staples are missing, causing the pages to be loose; however, all pages are present and intact. Overall presents near mint aside from the staple loss.
