The book breaks down the batting or pitching form of various Hall of Fame players into 35 frames. These photos provide an excellent look into the pitching and batting style of many of the early all time greats including Victor Starffin, Bozo Wakabayashi, Kazuto Tsuruoka, Hisanori Karita, Shigeru Mizuhara, Masaru Kageura, Katsumi Shiraishi, Minoru Yamashita, Masao Nishimura and others. There is also a large, fabulous prewar portrait of Starffin. The inside covers are prewar team photos of the Giants and Tigers.
