This may be the scarcest early Sadaharu Oh card known to the hobby. It was completely unknown until earlier this year. We know the name of this set’s producer because of the company logo printed on the back at the lower right corner. The cards are similar in style to various playing card sets that were given to purchasers of magazines, however, there is no such indication on the cards. Therefore, we don’t know if the cards were included with a publication or not. Only 18 different cards have ever been found from this set, including three baseball, 5 sumo and 10 entertainers. Based on the cards seen to date, the set must have been produced between 1960 and 1962. Even the most advanced Sadaharu Oh collectos don't have this card!
