Born into the distinguished family of his grandfather, Baron Denzaburo Fujita in 1911, young Mitsuhiko Fujita was given access to many areas of baseball fields which were closed to the general public. With camera in hand, Fujita often went onto the field to photograph his subjects. He would then have the images developed within hours, and would return to have the prints signed on the very same day.
