This set will appear in the Japanese Baseball Card Checklist & Price Guide for the first time in the next edition, where it was assigned a scarcity factor of R5, meaning that three or fewer copies exist of most cards in the set. To date, eight different cards have been discovered in this rare set. Mizuhara was a member of the Keio University baseball team from 1928-1932. He later played for the Yomiuri Giants 1936-1942, as well as 7 games in 1950. He managed the Giants from 1950 to 1960, winning eight Central League pennants and four Japan Series. Later, he managed the Flyers and Dragons until retiring in 1971. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1977. Blank backed.
