This comic book was a furoku (bonus gift) included in the May 1949 issure of the Shogaku Sixth Grader Magazine. "The Fireball Pitcher Story", written by Shigeru Shiraki, reviews the career of the Cleveland Indian Hall of Famer, Bob Feller. Feller has autographed the book in blue marker, along with the inscription, "H.O.F. 62".
