This previously unknown, new addition of the JG 32 cheklist features Hall of Fame pitcher, Takehiko Bessho, whose 310 lifetime victories and 2.18 ERA attest to his greatness. During his career (1942-1960), Bessho won two Sawamura (Japan Cy Young) Awards and was twice named MVP of the Central League. Produced by Meiji Seika, a candy company, this "lucky card", which was inserted into a package of Meiji Caramel, is worth 30 points toward one of several prizes offered on the reverse. The JG 32 Meiji Caramel set includes numerous celebrities, sumo stars and other personalities as well as 20 known baseball stars.
