Kobai Caramel cards were inserted into packages of candy and could be redeemed for prizes. As a result, these caramel cards of the early 1950s are quite scarce, as many were redeemed at the time. While partial checklists for all sets featured in this lot exist, complete checklists do not exist for any Kobai Caramel issues, attesting to the rarity of these cards.
