Henry Tadashi "Bozo" Wakabayashi (1908-1965) was born in Wahiawa, Oahu and graduated from McKinley High School in 1927. This uncatalogued round menko features the immortal Hawaiian pitcher during his days as a member of Hosei University in the Tokyo Big Six League. After completing his college career at Hosei, Wakabayashi joined the Osaka Tigers, compiling a lifetime record of 237 wins-144 loses, 1.99 ERA. He was inducted into the Japanese Hall of Fame in 1964. Wakabayashi's rookie year was 1929. He played for Hosei U. until 1933. We do not know whether this is a rookie card or not. Blank backed.
