It is not often that we find a nice assortment of Prewar Japan Pro Baseball tickets. Few survived World War II, and moreover, Japan Pro Baseball in the 1930s was not as popular as Tokyo Big Six University baseball.
The upper left ticket is for a game at Koshien Stadium played on April 17, 1939. The upper right ticket is for the game at Koshien played on the following day (April 18, 1939). The ticket at bottom left is for a game played on May 25th (year unspecified) at Hankyu Nishinomiya
Stadium, which more than likely involved the Hankyu team. The ticket at bottom right is for a game played on November 9th (year unspecified) at Hankyu Nishinomiya Stadium and also likely involved the Hankyu team.
Size: All tickets are 3 1/2" x 2 1/4"
Condition: All would be Near Mint but for minor glue marks and/or additional paper on the back from being pasted in an album at one time.
