Akita publishing produced several magazines for children. Among their titles were Boken Oh (Adventure King) and Manga Oh (Manga King). Periodically, these magazines would contain small gifts for purchasers. Sometimes they were rectangular 45 rpm phongraph records. Occasionally, these records featured baseball players. Two of the three records from this lot were originally found in issues of Boken Oh, while the other (red background) was originally issued with Manga Oh. Two records feature the voice of Shigeo Nagashima (HOF). One of them also includes Takeshi Kuwata of the Whales. Another record (possibly a few years older) features HOFers Masaichi Kaneda and Kazuhiro Yamauchi. Since neither of these publications is sports related, it is not often that such items find their way into the sports collectibles hobby.

Condition: Ex to Ex/Mt, but one Nagashima record has old scotch tape in the corners.
