This remarkable "roster wheel" allows the user to rotate its two round cardboard disks in order to see rosters of all 12 teams simultaneously by uniform number. For example, if you rotate the disks until the black number "23" comes into view, you can see the name of the player (in Japanese) who wears number 23 for each of the 12 teams. The disks include color images of five of the top players at the time including HOFers Shigeo Nagashima, Tadashi Sugiura and Kazuhiro Yamauchi, plus non-HOFers Toru Mori and Takeshi Kuwata. The wheel was included as a special gift in the September 1960 issue of Shonen Book.
