This ball was most likely signed when the all time home run king and all time hits leader were teammates with the Yomiuri Giants near the end of their careers. Both men signed the ball with a felt tipped marker. The Office of the Commissioner stamp indicates that this was an official game ball. The ball shows good use, but we do not know whether the ball was actually used in a game by the two men, although it is certainly possible.

The baseball includes a JSA letter of authenticity.
