The 1973 Japan Series featured the Yomiuri Giants vs. the Nankai Hawks. Katsuya Nomura, the Hawks' manager was also behind the plate when Sadaharu Oh came up to the plate in the fifth inning of Game 4. Oh belted a homer which powered the Giants to a 6-2 victory. This card commemorates that event. Oh is pictured at the end of his swing, with his eyes fixed on the ball as it flies out of the park. The Japanese text on the back describes the situation in detail. The Giants went on to win the series four games to one.

Only six examples of this card have been encapsulated by PSA. This is the only PSA 10. There are no PSA 9s. The winner of this lot will own the most outstanding example by a wide margin.
