This lot consists of several of the earliest baseball cards ever produced in Japan. They are blank backed, diecut images of generic players. The Japanese text on the cards contains general baseball terms, such as "catcher", "batter, or "baseball". We do not know whether the players are wearing uniforms of specific amateur teams. We have never seen examples of these cards in the past. The cards are in high grade for diecut menko of the era.
Size: Each card is 1 1/2" x 4".
Condition: Two of the five cards are Nm. Two are creased. The other has a scratch on the front.
