This is Sadaharu Oh's most popular rookie card. Oh needs no introduction to Japan baseball enthusiasts. His 868 lifetime homers, 2,170 RBI and 1,967 runs scored combined with a lifetime average of over .300 prove that he was one of the greatest players the world has ever seen. Interestingly, the card shows Oh's teammate, Shigeo Nagashima (HOF) in the background. Oh and Nagashima are the Ruth and Gehrig of Japanese baseball.
