Only three examples of this card are known in the hobby. This large sized card was originally a 2nd prize winner card on a display sheet. This accounts for the missing paper on the blank back. This is the only card of the diminutive Hall of Famer that was ever produced in Japan.

Condition: The corners are Ex/Mt to Nm. However, the surface is rippling. There is a pinhole at lower right. The back has surface paper loss from having been removed clumsily from the prize sheet on which it was originally issued.
