This card features Lefty O'Doul and Shunichi Amachi, managers of the US All-Star team and Nagoya Dragons respectively. The front features headshots of both managers with facsimile signatures, as well as an eight yen postage stamp and a commemorative postmark dated November 7, 1951 from Narumi Stadium. Rosters of both teams and a scorecard are printed on the back. On that day, the U.S. team won by a score of 11-1. Bill Werle of the Pirates got the victory, and home runs were hit by Chuck Stevens, Lou Stringer and Dom DiMaggio.
