Lot Description  

The 1953 U.S. Major League All Star Tour of Japan is officially known as the "Ed Lopat Tour", as Lopat was one of the Tour organizers. 12 games were played between the All Stars and various Japanese teams, with the All Stars winning all games but the initial encounter. Several card sets were issued to commemorate the Tour, with this set being one of them. Blank backed.
