Another issue featuring breathtaking color images of a type far superior to any American product of the era. The Japan Hall of Fame members depicted in this lot are Tetsuharu Kawakami, Takehiko Bessho, Shigeru Chiba, Hiroshi Nakao, Michio Nishizawa and Makoto Kozuru, who in 1949 became the first Japanese player to homer 50 times in a season, and also set a single season RBI record that still stands. Others in the lot include Kusunoki-Braves; Ooka, Ogawa and Iijima-Stars; and Kaneda-Tigers. Blank backed.

Size: Each card is approximately 2 1/4" x 3".

Condition: Range--Fronts Vg to Nm. Avg.--Ex to Ex/Mt. Blank backs all have extra paper, possibly due to previous attachment to a scrapbook.
