Diamond Heroes was BBM's premium card brand from 1996 to 2001. The 276 card base set for 2001 includes current US players Hideki Matsui, Tadahito Iguchi, Dae Sung Koo (rookie), Akinori Otsuka, So Taguchi, Kazuo Matsui, Keiichi Yabu, Shingo Takatsu, Kazuhisa Ishii, Denney Tomori, Norihiro Nakamura, Roberto Petagine and Darrell May. Also, Golden Players Kazuyoshi Tatsunami, Kimiyasu Kudo, Kazuhiro Kiyohara and Atsuya Furuta, plus current younger stars such as Koji Uehara, Daisuke Matsuzaka, Yoshinobu Takahashi, Kei Igawa, Kenji Jojima and Nobuhiko Matsunaka. The set is heavily weighted towards stars and North American players. The sealed box contains 20 packs, each with seven cards inside. There are four parallel sets including a five card game used windbreaker set (200 copies of each card) and bat cards of Roberto Petagine and HR champ Alex Cabrera (200 copies of each).
Size: Each card inside the box is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".
Condition: The box is unopened and sealed. Presumably, the cards inside are Mint.
