This is only the second single signed Kenjiro Tamiya item that we have seen in our more than 35 years in business. The first was a baseball card, much smaller than this one. We now present a rookie card autographed by the Tigers and Orions star. Tamiya has signed the card in blue ink.

Originally a pitcher, the lefthanded Tamiya was converted to the outfield after a few years with the Tigers, where he developed into an outstanding hitter. During his career, he was selected to five Best 9 teams and led both the Central and Pacific Leagues in many offensive categories, including OPS twice, batting average and slugging percentage. He also led the league in being hit by a pitch seven times!
