1963 was Sadaharu Oh's first monster year at the plate. By then, he had perfected his iconic flamingo batting stance, which appears in all its glory on this card. Oh slugged 40 homers in 1963 with an OPS of 1.093. His .305 batting average was his first of 13 .300+ seasons in his career.
