BBM produced several sets in 2017 that included rookie cards of new Dodgers signing Yoshinobu Yamamoto. He was 18 years old at the time, and had not yet shown signs of the incredible pitcher he was to become. He spent a good part of the 2017 season with the Orix Buffaloes' farm team. He did come up to the big club to pitch in five games, but his 5.32 ERA was not an indicator of his future success. Obviously, things changed.
