This ticket is for a game played at Jingu Stadium in Fall 1939 between Waseda U. and Keio U. Keio vs. Waseda is traditionally the greatest rivalry in the Tokyo Big Six League. While we don't know the final score of this game, we do know that Waseda was league champion that spring, led by future Yomiuri Giants star, Fukashi Minamimura who won the league batting crown with a .371 average. Keio finished in second place that season.

We know from the hole punched in the middle that the ticket was used by someone who attended the game.
