JCM 166 cards are truly unique. Made of tin, the enameled card front contains a black and white headshot, player surname and position written in Japanese and the player's team logo. Backs have a paper/scissors/rock sign and a point value for the card. The Jack Seika Co. name and address are found at the bottom. This unusual set is rare. According to Japanese Baseball Cards Checklist & Price Guide, Version 3.0, five or fewer examples are known of each card. Obviously the Sadaharu Oh card is the key to the set.

Over the years, most cards have suffered large areas of oxidation on the back and some on the front. The condition of this Oh card is much nicer than most others we have seen. Only two examples of this card have been encapsulated by PSA. The other example is a PSA 5, so the card offered here is PSA 4 (1 of 1) with only one card graded higher.
