All JCM 13c cards are considered by PSA to be hand cut, and thus will receive the H/C designation along with the grade.  This card is certainly a high end 5!  We thought the PSA 6 which appeared in our Auction 54 of 2018 was under graded.  This card appears to be in even nicer condition than the Auction 54 card!  In any case, it is a great looking card of the immortal Sadaharu Oh that the auction winner will truly enjoy.
