The 1967 Kabaya-Leaf Set is legendary among collectors of both Japanese and American cards. Masahiko (later Masaaki) Mori was a star catcher for the Yomiuri Giants, and later was the highly successful manager of the Seibu Lions. As a player, Mori was named to the Central League Best 9 on eight occasions. Later, during a nine year span, he managed the Seibu Lions to eight Pacific League pennants and six Japan Series championships!

We do not understand why this card received such a low grade of SGC 5 (Ex). It appears to be much nicer conditon, as you can see from the enlarged images of this card.
