JBR 64 cards are the Japanese equivalent of the Aurovision records of American baseball players that are so popular with U.S. collectors. However, we feel that the Japanese product is far more attractive. The cards are known according to the Japanese text on the back as "Voice Star Bromides". Interestingly, two cards in the 27 card set, one of Sadaharu Oh and another of Shigeo Nagashima, were produced in massive quantities compared to the other 25 cards. While hundreds of the two cards of Oh and Nagashima are known, fewer than a handful of JBR 64 cards of Masaichi Kaneda have ever been seen.

This card includes Kaneda's facsimile autograph on the front. The back contains his vital statistics within the rectangle in the top portion. The bottom area contains informtion about the company that produced the card. If you play the card on a phonograph at 45 r.p.m., you will hear Masaichi Kaneda speak.
