These 36 knives (referred to as "sumo knives" in the display advertising and on the knives themselves) feature Yokuzuna (Grand Champions) Wakanohana (yellow and blue knives) and Asashio (green and red knives). These knives were most likely produced in late 1960 or early 1961, as during this period, these two rikishi were the only active yokozuna. What an unusual and attractive display!

Condition: The display is Ex/Mt. The knives exhibit only very minimal oxidation and are Ex/Mt.
