Only three examples of this card are known in the hobby. Ogawa was the greatest pitcher of his generation. After leading his team to eight consecutive appearances in the National High School Baseball Championships at Koshien, he starred at Waseda U. from 1929 to 1932, bewildering opponents with his fastball and "drop ball". After college, he continued his association with amateur baseball, shunning the "corrupt" idea of playing professionally. The card is not in the best of condition, but will provide the owner with the opportunity to own a truly rare card of Japan's greatest pitcher of the Big Six U. golden era at a reasonable price. Blank backed.
