This time we are offering the second best example of the numerous copies of this magazine that we have encountered over the decades. This magazine, published by Sunday Mainichi, is devoted entirely to the 1955 New York Yankees Tour of Japan. The Mick appears here on what is generally considered to be his most attractive Japanese cover. The first eight pages are large black and white photos of each Yankee with names printed in English. Most of the remaining pages contain photos, bios and year-by-year statistics of each Yankee player. Japanese text.
