Known simply as the "backrub" card, this scarce Sadaharu Oh rookie card includes Japan's cultural icon, Shigeo Nagashima, who is receiving what appears to be a backrub from Oh. Nagashima's name is printed in Japanese along the left border, and Oh's name is printed along the right edge. The O-N Cannon, as Oh and Nagashima were called, would ultimately lead the Yomiuri Giants to an astounding nine consecutive Japan Series championships! This card is one of the backbones of any Japanese vintage baseball card collection.
