While we have handled a number of Mets Tour tickets over the years, this is the first time we have seen the original ticket envelope. The jacket is printed in a lighter shade of blue than is normally found on the tickets. The ticket itself is for the game of November 4th at Korakuen Stadium in Tokyo. The Mets were
trounced by the Yomiuri Giants by a score of 10-4 with Golden Player Tsuneo Horiuchi besting Tom Seaver on the mound. Interestingly, Sadaharu Oh homered in this game.
Size: The ticket is 6 1/4" x 2 5/8". The envelope is 8 3/8" x 3 1/16"
Condition: The ticket is Ex/Mt. The envelope is Vg/Ex.
