Only two examples of this card are known in the hobby. This set was most likely a magazine insert. Fronts are blue tinted, off-white bordered portrait photos of both Japanese and Seals players who participated in the 1949 San Francisco Seals Japan Tour. There are 48 cards in the set. This card features 300 game winner Victor Starffin.

Condition: The white space at the edge of all four borders is trimmed. Cards are normally 1 3/8" x 2". This card is 1 3/16" x 1 11/16". Thus, the card grades Authentic.
