These very rare cards are worth one point (Fujimura) and five points (Betto) toward some cool prizes. Collectors saved the cards and redeemed them with the manufacturer when they had accumulated enough points to claim the desired prize. Prizes ranged from bats and gloves to gyroscopes! The card backs list the available prizes. Fujimura was the heart and soul of the Tigers for 23 years (1936-1958). Betto, whose batting stance reminded many of Joe DiMaggio, batted over .300 against the 1951 Ed Lopat traveling all star team.
