The JCM 135 Maruten Sequential Blue Pitching Back set is truly scarce. It is so rare that some of the cards expected to be in the set have not been discovered to date!    There are 12 players in the set, with each player having his own sequential series of images.  If all the cards of a given player are lined up in numerical order, one can see a progression of the player’s swing, pitching motion, etc.

One of the players featured in the set is Sadaharu Oh.  Oh’s being featured in this set is especially exciting because his JCM 135 cards are all rookie cards.  There are seven sequential cards of Oh swinging the bat in JCM 135.  The card offered here is number five in the progression.  This example has been graded PSA 6.  Only one other JCM 135 number 5 card has ever been graded by PSA, and that card received only a PSA 1!  Therefore, merely calling it 1 of 1 with none graded higher doesn’t do the card justice.  It is five grades higher than the next highest PSA graded example.
