Airplane menko are among the most popular types among collectors of vintage Japanese baseball cards. This card contains a high quality likeness of Starffin compared to those found on most menko--diecut, rectangular, round, or otherwise. Several years after this card was produced, Starffin went on to become Japan's first 300 game winner.

Size: Length (nose to tip)--2 1/4". Wingspan--2 1/2".

Condition: There is a small chip on the right edge of the wing. However, every example of this card that we have ever seen has the exact same chip, leaving us to believe that the card was produced that way. Overall--Vg
