In our 70+ auctions over the past four decades, this marks only the second time we have had the privilege to offer an example of this card. Along the bottom of the card, Oh's surname, team name (Giants), uniform number (1), and "Waseda High School" are printed from left to right. The rest of the card front is a white bordered, exquisite, blue background portrait of a very young Sadaharu Oh who appears to be contemplating his future. This is certainly a scarce Sadaharu Oh rookie card.
