Hiromitsu Ochiai began his career in 1979 with the Lotte Orions. He then played for the Chunichi Dragons from 1987 to 1993. Following three years with the Yomiuri Giants, he finished his remarkable career in 1998 as a member of the Nippon Ham Fighters. His list of career accomplishments is impressive. He hit 510 lifetime home runs, won the triple crown an incredible three times (1982, 1985 and 1986), and finished with a career .311 batting average. This is only the second Ochiai shikishi that we have ever had the privilege to offer. Signed in black marker.
