The complete JGA 19 game card set was issued in two uncut sheets of 16 cards inserted into the January 1952 issue of Shonen Club magazine (published in December 1951). The set has a scarcity factor of R4 in the Japanese Baseball Card Checklist & Price Guide, Version 2.1, indicating that 10 or fewer copies of each card are known to exist--and certainly fewer in uncut sheet form. The sheet includes cards of the following Japan Hall of Fame members--Fumio Fujimura, Tetsuharu Kawakami, Kazuto Tsuruoka (Yamamoto), Katsumi Shiraishi, Hiroshi Oshita, Kaoru Betto, Michio Nishizawa and Noboru Aota. The name of a baseball play such as "hit", "ball", "out", etc. is printed on the top and bottom edge of each card in Japanese text. The player and team names are printed at the right edge.

Size: The uncut sheet is 7" x 10 1/4". Each card is 1 3/4" x 2 1/2".

Condition: The sheet is overall Vg/Ex, with a crease in the upper right corner. Many single cards would receive better grades than that if cut from the sheet. The person who removed the uncut sheet from the magazine cropped the sheet in a way in which the right hand border is missing. This cut affects four cards, two of which depict Hall of Famers (Shiraishi and Nishizawa).
