The JF 9 Jintan Gum cards differ in design from JF 8 Jintans in that the player's uniform number is printed in bold black text near bottom center, while the largest number on the JF 8 cards is the player's position on the diamond. JF 8 and JF 9 cards are equally scarce, and like JF 8, there is no known complete set of JF 9 in the hobby. Players in this lot include: (top row, left to right) Shigeru Mizuhara (HOF), Noboru Akiyama (HOF), Shigeru Fujio (bottom row, left to right) Masataka Tsuchiya, Masayuki Dobashi, Akio Saionji and Yoshiyuki Iwamoto (HOF).
