Produced by Tour sponsor Mainichi News, this scorecard is for the four games scheduled to be played between the Cardinals and All Japan Pro Baseball All Star Team on the dates of 11/1, 2, 3 and 6 at various stadiums around Japan. Interestingly, the game scheduled for 11/1 at Osaka Stadium was rescheduled for 11/4. The inside pages feature the team rosters including names of the Cardinals players in Japanese, along with the names of the Japanese players who would be involved on the various dates. Apparently, there was considerable rotation among the Japanese players from day to day. A great number of Japan Baseball Hall of Fame members participated.

The Cards were victorious in three of the four contests, with Ernie Broglio being the winning pitcher twice. In the All Stars' win, rookie sensation and future HOFer Tadashi Sugiura was the winning pitcher, while HOFer Futoshi Nakanishi blasted a homer. Among the Japanese losing pitchers were HOFers Kazuhisa Inao and Atsushi Aramaki. American Bill Nishita also lost a game for the Japanese. And the great Shigeo Nagashima, a rookie in 1958, homered in the game of 11/6. Most importantly, Stan Musial appeared in all four games. On the back page, an advertisement for various Warner Bros. movies appears, including Damn Yankees. This is the only copy of this scorecard that we have ever seen to date!
