The 1922 U.S. Major League All Star team that toured Japan included Hall of Famers Casey Stengel, Herb Pennock, Waite Hoyt and George Kelly. They played 17 games against top Japanese opposition, winning 16 times. The sponsors
of the Tour, the Osaka Mainichi Shimbun (newspaper), issued this English language guidebook to aid the team in their travels. Bound with colorful ribbon, this six page pamphlet contains a program of non-baseball events and a guide to
the cities of Osaka and Kyoto.
