This unusual, 36 card set of American baseball sized cards contains backs that are heat sensitive. If one touches the black area on the back of the card with the thumb for a few seconds, the outcome of a play is revealed. Similarly, a paper/scissors/rock symbol can be revealed within three dots at the bottom. Several seconds after one's thumb is removed, the area revealed reverts to black. 11 different members of the Yomiuri Giants are included in the set, each with multiple cards. Most noteworthy to U.S. collectors are former U.S. Major Leaguers Masumi Kuwata (3 diff.) and Warren Cromartie (3 diff.) Other notables are Tatsunori Hara (6 diff.) and Suguru Egawa (4 diff.). This lot consists of two, unopened 44 card tabas (hanging bundles) which contain 88 cards in aggregate. We have no idea as to the level of duplication in these tabas, but most likely, if the winner of this lot were to open the tabas, he would either be able to build a complete set of Nm/Mt and Mint cards, or would at least be well on his way to having a complete set. The two players depicted on the taba covers are Tatsunori Hara (left) and Sadaaki Yoshimura (right). Kuwata, Hara and Cromartie are depicted on the back of the taba.

Size: Each card is 2 5/16" x 3 3/8". Each taba is 4" x 7".

Condition: The tabas are Ex. The cards inside should be Nm/Mt to Mint as issued.
