This is the first time we have ever had the pleasure to offer this set. The cards were initially issued as uncut sheets, which were then cut into individual cards by collectors. At this time, we are offering the set in the original uncut sheet form. One unusual feature of the set is that unlike nearly all other vintage Japanese baseball sets, the player surnames appear in English. There are cards of three Japan Hall of Fame members in this set--Tetsuharu Kawakami, Hiroshi Oshita and Takehiko Bessho. Others are Shigeyoshi Morishita, Takeshi Doigaki, Giichiro Shiraki, Toshio Kawanishi and Takao Misonoo. The images bear little resemblance to the actual players, which is a common trait of many menko sets of the era.

Size: Each card is 2 9/16" x 1 5/8".

Condition: The sheet is Nm. Most cards would grade Nm/Mt or Mint if cut from the sheet.
