This book is from the 12th printing of a book originally published in 1899. The Japanese title is Saishin Yakyuu Jiutsu, which roughly translates to "Newest Baseball Methods". The book was written in accordance with "three Japanese sports professors". It seems to have been published by Tokyo Okazaki Bookstore. This name appears on the cover.
