This lot of two uncut sheets of 16 cards (32 cards total) includes cards of 10 Japan Hall of Famers, including arguably the four greatest pre-Ichiro hitters and greatest pitcher in Japan Pro Baseball History--Sadaharu Oh (left hand sheet, upper left corner), Shigeo Nagashima (left hand sheet immediately to the right of Oh) , Masaichi Kaneda (400 wins, 4,400 Ks) (left hand sheet, second row, second from right), Kazuya Nomura (657 lifetime homers) (right hand sheet, top row right) and Isao Harimoto (3,000 hits, 500 HR) (right hand sheet, lower right corner). Other HOFers on the left hand sheet are Kiyoshi Doi (top row, second from right), Yasumitsu Toyoda (second row left), Kazuhiro Yamauchi (third row, second from left), Tadashi Sugiura (third row, second from right) and Kazuhisa Inao (won 40 games in a season) (bottom row right). The right hand sheet also contains cards of HOFers Futoshi Nakanishi (second row right), Shinichi Eto (third row, second from right) and Masaaki Koyama (300+ wins) (bottom row, second from right).
