Keiji Oyama was a 5th-round pick of the Nippon Ham Fighters in 2005. He first made the Fighters regular season roster out of spring training in 2008. The Fighters eventually released him and he signed with the Chunichi Dragons in 2009. Oyama has had minimal time as a full time
player this season and is currently batting .415 in 25 games. The uniform offered here is from his 2006 rookie season with the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters. This Mizuno Pro jersey has all the proper tags and patches. The 06 year tag and uniform number 37 tags are affixed as well.
The Mizuno Pro pants originally belonged to number 28. However, an attached tag has the handwritten number 37. It is extremely difficult to obtain Japanese game used equipment, and complete uniforms are seldom seen, as they are generally regarded as team property.
The Fighters won the 2006 Japan Series championship over the Dragons four games to one, making this jersey extra special.
Size: There are no size tags. However, the jersey and pants are approximately an adult large.
Condition: Used, but no sign of damage.
